Job Summary:
The Wellness & SPA Receptionist is the first point of contact for Wellness & SPA guests and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment. This position is responsible for greeting clients, guiding guests in appointment’s choice, handling transactions, and supporting Wellness & SPA operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding Wellness & SPA services, pricing, and availability.
Guide guests towards the best choice according to expressed need/goal.
Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using spa booking software.
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Coordinate with Wellness & SPA team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to the Wellness Manager when necessary.
Promote retail products
Create a monthly Professional and Retail products inventory report.
Prepare a weekly and monthly KPI / Executive wellness reports and statistics.
Uphold the Wellness & SPA hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (spa, salon, or hospitality preferred).
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a luxury or wellness-focused environment.
Fluent in English and multilingual abilities are a plus.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
May involve standing for extended periods.
Uniform or dress code compliance required.
