Αρμοδιότητες

• Τήρηση της λίστας προετοιμασίας που δημιουργούν οι σεφ για τον προγραμματισμό των καθηκόντων

• Επισήμανση και αποθήκευση όλων των υλικών σε ράφια, ώστε να είναι οργανωμένα και εύκολα προσβάσιμα

• Μέτρηση της ποσότητας υλικών και καρυκευμάτων που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν στη μαγειρική

• Προετοιμασία των υλικών μαγειρικής, πλένοντας και τεμαχίζοντας λαχανικά, κόβοντας κρέας, κ.λπ.

• Ανάληψη βασικών καθηκόντων μαγειρικής, όπως βράσιμο διαφόρων ειδών σάλτσας, ζεμάτισμα φαγητού, κ.λπ.

• Διατήρηση καθαρής και τακτοποιημένης κουζίνας.

• Διασφάλιση κατάλληλης αποθήκευσης όλων των τροφίμων και άλλων ειδών

• Συμμόρφωση με τις διατροφικές οδηγίες και τους κανόνες υγιεινής

• Επιτέλεση άλλων καθηκόντων της κουζίνας, εφόσον ανατεθούν

Duties and Responsibilities:

-at least one year experience in the kitchen as a cook

-Cyprus entry must be before 01/12/2024 in the case of student

-Prepare and cook food in accordance with current recipes

-Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared

-Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy during shift

-Ensure that the department is maintained in a safe manner, free of hazards, and that the store Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times

-To perform other duties as and when requested by the kitchen supervisors
