A reputable hotel in Ayia Napa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all F&B operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, costs, and inventory effectively.
Fluent spoken and written English. Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Managing daily food and beverage operations across all outlets.
Supervising, training, and motivating F&B staff.
Ensuring high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
Controlling costs, budgets, stock, and supplier relationships.
Developing menus and promotions in collaboration with the kitchen team.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
