Maintenance technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Limassol. The role is hands-on and involves day-to-day maintenance and support of our apartments, including basic repairs, furniture handling, and coordination with external technicians when needed.
This position is ideal for someone practical, reliable, and comfortable working independently across different properties.
Main Duties
Carry out inspections of new and existing apartments
Ensure electrical appliances and basic installations are in good working condition
Perform basic maintenance and repairs (lighting, electricity, plumbing, air-conditioning)
Assemble, move, and set up furniture and equipment
Respond to maintenance requests in coordination with the Guest Relations team
Support the onboarding and preparation of new apartments before launch
Supervise or assist external contractors and technicians when required
Provide apartment access to third parties (e.g. utility providers, guests, landlords)
Keep track of tools, stock, and supplies in the warehouse
Requirements
Proven experience in basic property maintenance or handyman work
Ability to carry out simple electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks
Practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail
Reliable, respectful, and able to work well within a team
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Experience with inventory or stock management is an advantage
Valid driver’s license
