Antique persian large carpet
- Condition: Used
This is a handwoven antique oversized rug. It is approximately 2m by 3 and can easily fit a dining table. The rug is about 50 years old. It was reconditioned during the early 2000's and has been used as part of a home since then. It is a thin weave, which means the underside is not thick, a technique used to make rugs at that time. The fringe/tassel will definitely need to either be restored or cut off completely. This rug was bought for thousands but we are giving it at a low price as we don't have space to store it, and it has to go. Our new space is small and cannot fit it.
