They offer a proprietary, all-in-one digital trading platform providing market data, analysis, trading, and risk management tools, accessible via web, desktop, and mobile.The company is in a growth phase, with strong opportunities for internal development, long-term career progression, and collaboration within a dynamic, international team.Role SummaryThe Back-Office Officer supports daily financial operations, including client transactions, reconciliations, risk checks, and KYC/AML compliance, working closely with compliance, audit teams, and financial institutions.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform daily monetary routines including processing clientsโ deposits and withdrawal requests and regularly reconcile and update records accordingly.Verifying clientโs card and bank account details and transaction records for AML purposes.Conduct risk assessment of client monetary transactions to identify potential fraud and other related issues and take necessary actions.Taking initiative to identify, analyse and resolve questions regarding clientsโ accounts.Assist in maintaining smooth global operations of the team and actively participate in cross department collaboration.Liaise with external money processors and banks to handle transaction issues and disputes.Effective implement of Know your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients.Work closely with compliance and internal audit departments, and prepare various regulatory reports related to back-office.Preparation of daily reconciliation reports.RequirementsDegree or related qualification in Accounting/Finance.At least 1 year experience in financial services industry.Proficiency in MS Office and well versed in Excel and Word.Experience in verifying documents and processing payments.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Willingness to commit to long-term career growth and professional developments.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Eager to learn about the financial markets, CFD industry, and the company's trading platform.Strong sense of integrity.Open-minded and collaborative.Meticulous attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
