This sea pearl individually designed exclusive villa, is a three storey villa and is perfect for luxury waterside living. The villa features 5 bedrooms including an en-suite bathroom, 1 play room, 1 external bedroom including an en-suite bathroom, a spacious roof garden with bar and seats, a luxury swimming pool area with an outdoor bathroom with WC and shower, a pool bar made of black onyx from Brazil, a modern fireplace, an underfloor heating, air-conditioning and wooden flooring made in Canada.

The basement floor (92 m2), has 1 bedroom including en-suite bathroom and 1 play room including an open kitchen, TV, a pinball machine and arcade games. An outdoor veranda, leads you to an external private bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The modern and luxurious ground floor (98 m2), has an open fully facilitated kitchen, a dining room and a specious living room with comfortable sofa and chairs for you to enjoy watching TV and a fireplace. This area has a direct access to the sea view garden with a spacious patio and a private swimming pool.
