Job Description
Avlida Hotel, a 4-star hospitality establishment, is seeking an experienced and creative Part-Time Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality cakes and pastries, ensuring attractive presentation, and maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry section.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, bake, and finish cakes, pastries, and desserts to hotel standards
Decorate cakes professionally with attention to detail and presentation
Ensure pastry displays are neat, appealing, and well-presented
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times
Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Assist with daily pastry production for hotel operations and events
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef and Cake Decorator
Strong skills in cake preparation and decoration
Knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking methods
High standards of cleanliness and organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Valid health certificate is obligatory
