If you have a passion for Cyprus and would like to be part of a fun team that continually explores the island - we want to hear from you! This role involves hosting small groups of tourists and taking them on excursions to explore the Cypriot cuisine within the mountain villages of Cyprus. Please read until the very end of the job post before applying.

This is a freelance position and candidates must be available on a flexible basis for at least 1-2 days per week between Dec-Feb and 3-4 days per week during March - November. Daily rate is between €90.00 - €100.00 per tour. Average monthly salary is approximately €1200.00 - €1400.00 per month plus tips.

Applicants for this role do not need to be official registered tour guides as you will not be taking tourists to visit historical sites. Tours involve cultural experiences and foodie locations.

Candidates MUST meet the following criteria…

- Must be based in the Paphos area

- Must be interested in and have good knowledge of the Cypriot culture & food

- Must be very confident drivers and enjoy driving. Should be comfortable driving different vehicles if necessary. (Vehicle provided)

- English must be your first language or very advanced

- Must speak Greek well

- Must be interested in a long-term position

- Must be able to work full days at often short notice and have a flexible schedule with working days changing on a weekly basis

- Must be sociable and polite with good customer service skills

- Must be willing to attend current tours for training on a voluntary basis

- Must be willing to complete in-person & online training on a voluntary basis

- Should be available for social get-togethers with the rest of the team
