We are launching a pilot program in Cyprus to introduce a new way of managing and financing real estate through tokenization.
🔹 What is real estate tokenization?
Tokenization means dividing the value of a property into digital shares (tokens) that represent ownership or investment rights.
Instead of selling an entire property to one buyer, the property is placed inside a Cyprus SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) – a limited company created specifically for that asset.
This SPV issues security tokens that represent proportional rights to the property’s value, rental income, or future sale proceeds.
🔹 Our model: 51/49 structure
We are testing a model where:
49% of the property remains with the original owner, keeping control and long-term value;
51% can be opened to qualified investors, allowing the owner to raise capital or unlock liquidity without selling the entire asset.
All transactions are handled transparently through smart contracts, and the process follows EU-compliant standards (MiFID II / security token frameworks).
