This room is for ONE person only. The opportunity is for a non-smoker person who is clean and quiet.

We prefer a professional or student who speaks either Russian or Ukrainian. But English speaker EU citizen would fit fine to the current team too. There are 3 more people living in the whole apartment. Everyone is in separate rooms.

This is a flat share of a 4 bedroom 2nd floor remodelled flat on Agia Zoni. The building and elevators were recently remodelled also.

All room has airconditioners even the kitchen.

The water is heated with solar and (also for rainy season) instant electrical heater.

The entrance door is high security and fire proof.

The windows are double glazed and has mosquito nets. Kitchen is custom made with real granite countertop.

The above price include the room rental, common expenses, water and cable internet, but any other utilities are going to be extra.

Also included shared use of kitchen and bathrooms.

The room is available immediatelly for one month deposit + one month rent payment. The contract is for half a year renewable with the same terms for an additional half year. But for exeptional circumstances it can be cancelled by giving 2 weeks notice.
