Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες: • Υποστήριξη και αντικατάσταση του Executive Chef όπου απαιτείται. • Συντονισμός και επίβλεψη της ομάδας κουζίνας κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας. • Διασφάλιση σωστής εκτέλεσης συνταγών και παρουσίασης πιάτων σύμφωνα με τα standards του εστιατορίου. • Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση μενού και δημιουργία νέων προτάσεων. • Έλεγχος ποιότητας πρώτων υλών και παραλαβών. • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών και έλεγχος αποθεμάτων. • Εφαρμογή και τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων (HACCP). • Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση νεότερων μελών της ομάδας. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 4-6 ετών σε επαγγελματική κουζίνα και εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης. • Απόφοιτος σχολής μαγειρικής (επιθυμητό). • Ηγετικές ικανότητες και οργανωτικότητα. • Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων και διαχείρισης πίεσης. • Πάθος για τη γαστρονομία και προσανατολισμός στη λεπτομέρεια.
