Job Title: Bartender — Summer 2026Location: CyprusEmployment: Full-time (48 hrs/week) Start: Summer 2026Overview Experienced bartender role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Deliver high-quality bar service, engage guests, support events, and maintain bar standards across all shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests, take drink orders and provide personalised recommendations; use upselling techniques.Prepare cocktails and beverages to standard; maintain knowledge of spirits and trends.Keep bar clean, organised and fully stocked; perform inventory checks and restocking.Support bar operations during events and peak service times.Handle guest checks and payments accurately.Follow health, safety and alcohol service regulations (HACCP/venue protocols).Collaborate with F&B and service teams; escalate complex queries to management.Requirements2–3 years bartending experience in a fast-paced 4- or 5‑star hotel/resort environment.Excellent English; Greek is a strong advantage.Strong cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge.Friendly, professional demeanour and strong customer-service skills.Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; good physical stamina.EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience).13th salary; paid annual leave.Meals during shifts; uniform provided.Referral bonus; training and career development.No company accommodation provided.Subject: Bartender Application – Summer 2026
